A police officer has been caught on video performing a sex act on himself whilst on duty - and having a very steamy conversation as he works towards a frenzy.
The embarrassing video has emerged after a dashboard camera captured ex-Santa Fe officer Sergeant Mike Eiskant masturbating in his squad car.
