Police believe the father of Porshe Atwell kidnapped her after killing her mother and tying up her grandparents in Mercer County, yesterday afternoon.
dead mom and daddy who is on the run druggie/junkies. he didn't kill his parents, only tied them up and robbed them...maybe he'll let the child live.
