Dick, you need to take your semantics issues up with the State Attorney's special prosecutor's office in this case. They have charged George Zimmerman with the crime of second degree murder, against the victim Trayvon Martin. He made be acquitted of the charges. Those charges may be reduced. It may be determined that he acted in self defense.
But, it's a fact, not my interpretation or assumption that Zimmerman has been charged with a crime against a victim at this time. All according to the probable cause affidavit. I'm going with the facts available to us at this time. Not semantics, not personal prejudices, and not unfounded assumptions.
