Blacks are the biggest percentage of prisoners because they are convicted at a staggering rate, not because they're particularly more "evil" or "criminal" than whites in similar financial, educational, or environmental backgrounds.

Or, it could be because they are culturaly retarded and much more likely to be criminals to start with, hence the higher aprehention and conviction rates
