A Kentucky man was cuffed this week after he allegedly siphoned gasoline from a police car and posted a photo of his crime to Facebook.
Coal miner Michael Baker, 20, flipped the bird in the photo, which made the rounds on the social-networking site and eventually into the hands of the police department.
