Maybe that's why he is sat in the prisoner box instead....
I wouldn't want to be near him either. On a side note, the courtroom they are using for his trial is the one that was built especially for the banditos trial a few years back in 2009.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
