It's a comedy act shown in Swedish national TV. Nothing more, nothing less. Has nobody noticed the word humor in there, let alone took a second to google it?
Way fun to see people getting all upset over the idea that the Swedish gvt. wants the sacred Swedish gene-pool to be perverted with all that nasty alien DNA, though.
