no probably not. unless it's leaked to someone's benefit.
and of course there are unethical doctors who would doctor a report. that's why more documentation is usually required. need i mention there's some unethical lawyers and cops too?
but the salient point is that Z had to sustain injuries before shooting T, so that supports self-defense in fla.
i believe it will be reduced to manslaughter as i've said before.
