I always pick a time (usually before bed) to go over all the events of the day in a meditation. I call it the three voices it's based on the pathwork lecture 183 (or 186 I forget off the top of my head...www.pathwork.org I allow myself the freedom to freely be comfortable or uncomfortable with my view of what took place in these events and transactions, without judgement.
Then I pray. To my connection to God, for my family, for everyone I've spoken to or communicated with in any way. I have found that prayer is quite profound. I have no fucking idea what religion I'm praying in, although Moses is involved, and so is Jesus. It's quite lovely.
Then I spread it out in a band from running gold out the crown chakra into the energy, praying for the town, the state, the country, the oceans, the planet, the atmosphere.
And when the circle extends beyond the atmosphere, I can hear bells.
