For 20 points can anyone name the 2 parties in a lawsuit filed to fight a states law that was passed by the voters of the state concerning illegal aliens which allowed the state to ask about immigration status, allowing the states Law Enforement to arrest,detain and deport proven illegal aliens?

Are you talking about the US Justice Department vs. the State of Arizona and Gov. Jan Brewer in 2010? I think there was also a subsequent lawsuit filed last year, again by Holder and the US Justice Dept., against Arizona Sheriff Arpaio and Maricopa county for racially profiling Latinos. I don't know the current status of either case.
