I agree... but it seems the community is forever coming up with stupid reasons to halt the construction- petty (and as far as I can tell, sometimes manufactured) legal disputes- basically, a cover for bigotry. I have much more respect for bigoted pricks that just come out with it than I do those that try to hide behind bogus smoke screens.
