ok...smegma is the substance produced in umcircumsized males when the foreskin stays over the head of the glans and isnt retracted. It's a natural antibiotic and keeps everything clean.
Most uncut boys learn (or are taught) that occasionally (once a week or less) you have to retract the glans and wipe off the smegma usually during your shower. Otherwise it solidifies into a foul smelling semi hard "bean" that becomes quite uncomfortable.
