DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA)

DeKalb County police are on the scene of a fatal shooting at Victory for the World church on N. Hairston Road.
Two people are dead and two people are injured in a shooting that took place during a funeral in the parking lot of a DeKalb County church. See photos

The DeKalb Sheriff's Office is seeking information that will lead to the arrest of a 28-year-old wanted for murder.

The shooting happened in the parking lot of the church while a funeral was going on inside.

Two people were fatally shot and several more were injured.

Police at the scene said that one of the victims who was fatally shot was found in a car in the parking lot and the second victim died on the way to the hospital.

It was unclear if the people taken to the hospital for injuries were shot, or were pushed to the ground when gunfire rang out.

The funeral was being held for 19-year-old Ryan Guider. DeKalb County sheriff's deputies said he was killed on May 26.

According to the sheriff's office, Marcus D. Ventress, 28, is wanted for Guider's killing and has not been captured.

Police are currently questioning several people regarding the shooting at the church. Those people were, at some point, at the funeral.

No arrests have been made.
