0630 police have left scene. he's not in custody yet. was it a bad tip?

WSFA 12 News is still on the scene of a home in East Montgomery. Police got a tip that triple murder suspect Desmonte Leonard was hiding in the attic of a home in East Montgomery. Officers swarmed the neighborhood and fired tear gas into the home, but 7 hours later there was no sign of the suspect and police left the scene.
