Your wish has been granted, for now. After Kerry and Hillary pushed so hard for its swift ratification a couple of months back, LOST is now on the backburner until after the election:

I didn't see any press coverage of this announcement by Kerry on June 14th until searching for a current status. I wonder what changed in terms of the Dems desire to take it to vote and push for ratification mid year?
I don't think Romney's made a definitive statement about whether he'd push to ratify or not, if elected.
LOST is definitely the all time winner of the treaty limbo contest, 30+ years and counting.
