NYC mayor wants to shame drivers into slowing down
As a punishment, shame works pretty good on 6-year-olds. But not so much for the rest of us. And in New York City FCS? Forget about it!
Nonetheless, the NY Mayor thinks that's the only recourse now that the state legislature has shot down his notion of fining speeders caught on camera.
"We'll put up their names and pictures someplace, maybe we can shame them," he huffed. "We should look at that."
What's next, why not a pillory for jaywalking pedestrians?
So anyway, would you be fearful of being publicly shamed for speeding?
