If I had unlimited money, I'd love to buy some undeveloped land in an area like you suggest and open an adult-oriented roller coaster park with some stages for local bands. The drive-in would be old school - except with fire pits and barbecues. Mostly old movie favorites. The coasters would be hard-core thrill rides. Cost for liability and security would be outrageous, but it sure would be fun and concessions could probably rake in some major dollars.
