Idiocy (especially when they are oblivious to it).
Gossipy (especially when it's mostly negative)
Bigotry
Ignorance.
I know "ignorance" doesn't fit but I find it disturbing when adults don't know things we were all taught in second or third grade. I can forgive any of these things with effort and do.
I am a sort of bigot though since I've never had a friend who was an idiot and proud of it.
