With the right rig a 2lb race trigger would be safe. I carry a 12 because you can't predict every possible occurance. Stack the deck practice practice practice is my approach. Might not work for someone else.
At first 12lb felt SUPER heavy up from stock. Now I don't notice. Of course Glock triggers feel weird anyway so...
