i have asked this before but didn't see any responses. does anyone know if there is a likelihood of cp and sw being tried again for the same murder but with different charges if they are found not guilty in this trial?

for example, could they be tried as accomplices to murder, involuntary manslaughter, or something of the like?

isn't this what happened with oj after he was found not guilty initially? n just curious if anyone has any insight. thanks!
