Why Toledo is a shithole

I would think it would be more appropriate to film World's Dumbest Criminals in Toledo. Now that I think about it, the girl at the McDonalds drive thru that went bonkers in Toledo was on that show. Then we can always add the one that robbed Liberty Tax with a curling iron.....oh..the list could go on.

I will admit, though, it will be interesting to see my old town on Cops and see how many people (and places) I recognize.
