Out of curiosity, how many of the people on that list have either taken handouts from us, asked for protection from us, get their U.N. seats and travel expenses paid for by us, saved from Hitler by us?

If your administration are stupid enough to offer handouts other countries would be stupid not to take it. The British government is forever giving handouts to other countries as well, I don't regard it as something to be particularly proud of.

Let me repeat - get them to promise they will stop asking for or taking handouts and aid, and we promise to stop giving them a reason to be a joke. Cause right now, the joke is on those who depend upon and ask the help of the one they call the joke.
