If someone can be rehabilitated then great, but the many that can't don't deserve the life of riley.

So, who's deciding on who can be rehabilitated? And in what timeframe?

Obvisouly qualified people and judges will be the ones deciding.
Just one example but there is no way that I beleive a peodohile can ever be rehabilitated, there is something missing in them and there is no cure, not even castration.

This is just an example, there are more types.

And Breivik, I don’t think he can be rehabilitated either, his twisted views will not change, he has no remorse and is proud of what he has done. This guy is not only laughing because he got what he wanted accomplished, he is laughing because his new home is quite luxurious.
He will speak with psychiatrists, tell them what they want to hear, no doubt try to play mind games with everyone, but he will always be proud of being a cold blooded mass murderer and should never be released.
