Bull. This is not a pickup basketball game, it's his life and legacy and reputation at stake. By backing away from the fight he loses all those championships; they've already said they consider this an admission of guilt and will strip him of all seven titles. It's not that he walks away unscathed and with his head held high, taking some kind of moral high ground against the haters.
