I would have left and upon leaving, mentioned why to the manager. Not only is that gross, her children are all but naked in public. Who else took pictures? Perverts? Child molesters? When I potty trained, we stayed home until they got the hang of it. It didn't take very long, a week or so. I've never seen anything like this and the very idea would never occur to me.
