That reminds me of a story...

I was taking a political history class or something in high school and the teacher was using one of those overhead projectors with transparencies she had hand written on. Well, she wrote 'pubic' instead of 'public' and I raised my hand to whisper her mistake so I wouldn't embarrass her... so the dumbass rushes up to the machine and hastily rubs the word out. You can imagine the hilarity that ensued when the class of 16 year olds figured out what happened.

That's gotta be my favorite spelling mistake.
