In Chicago every democrat gets eoight or ten votes.

This is the status quo. Would it be right to upset the way it's always been done. There are already laws against vote fraud so why tamper with what works?

When JFK stole the election from Nixon just with the votes in Chicago and Dallas you didn't see him crying about it or demanding a recount. He knew exactly how many votes would be stolen and knew he had to overcome it. When's Gore's attempt (he invented the internet you know and provides us with all our pennies) to steal the election fell a little short he got in there and started trying to change the votes.
