If the evidence is as the prosecutor claims, it ought to be an easy conviction. Spanier would face jail time of up to 39 years if convicted. I doubt if he'd get that much time, but IMO he ought to get at least 15 years. His cover-up led to the molestation of children. At his age, 15-20 years would be pretty much a life sentence. I'm expecting his attorneys to delay this case for months.
