Even though she was obviously drunk, I guess the police still have to go through the motions. They had her walk a line etc. At the time I left, she was taking a breathalyzer test.
It was kind of cool (except the hitting my car part). Because I witnessed the whole thing the police called it a citizen's arrest. I had to sign a form handing her over to the police department.
So Rams, want to tell me what I'm going to hear from my insurance company? I don't know if she had insurance; the police said everything I'll need to know about her will be on a police report in about 10 days. I'm supposed to provide that to my insurance company.
I guess my primary concern is, whether she was insured or not, am I going to have to pay my deductible? That would piss me off.
