The two Bushtards got in office because Preston Bush was in the oil world and worth unimaginable money. Clinton's money came from Sam Walton; of Walmart fame. Hilary Clinton sat on Sam Walton's Board of Directors. Sam had a lot of power and clout inside the Beltway.
