What she did reflects poorly on her company, so I think there is just cause to fire her if she was on an assignment or playing around during a company sponsored trip. I can also see the company keeping her and putting her on probation if she's an otherwise strong performer who wasn't officially on the clock during the cemetary visit; interested to see how this turns out.
Imo, it would be harder to justify firing the co-worker who took the pic if she didn't also pose in such photos or post 'em. JMO...
