The Judge could not order the death penalty as he was under 18 at the time of the offence.
Another question...how can someone be found guilty on six counts of aggravated murder...when they murder one person? It just seems strange to me.
More info. He appears to have been sleeping in the same room as her, his Father was the girl's Mother's boyfriend.
