Kansas City Chiefs Player Involved In Murder-Suicide

I can't understand why someone would shoot anyone (including themselves). I can understand losing one's temper and doing something otherwise unthinkable but not shooting them or using any sort of deadly force that can only be fatal. I can understand calculated murder or suicide, just not spur of the moment. It goes double when the perpetrator is young and healthy and ostensibly "has it made".
