From Toledo Blade 12/7/2012 - Toledo Police have arrested Chad Brown, 35, of 839 Walbridge Ave., was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $500,000.
Police allege that Mr. Brown and Matthew Managhan, 34, of 1156 South Ave., had a role in planning a robbery, which was apparently executed on Nov. 19.
Mr. Lengel, 57, was robbed by three men and fatally shot as he arrived at his South Toledo gym, Intensity CrossFit Gym, 757 Warehouse Rd., that morning.
Mr. Managhan is also charged with aggravated robbery and is being held in the jail in lieu of a $500,000 bond.
Three additional men have been charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery in the same incident.
