Puppy found SKINNED from neck to tail in owner’s backyard

It still bothers me but, not as much as if it was humans. I guess the whole circle of life thing/instinct as opposed to cruelty by humans. Had a rabid coyote in field near my house just recently.

I guess my thought was owner's can protect their pets from other humans but coyotes are sneaky and dogs have to go outside.....hard to protect them from a coyote
