Tonight is my last holiday get-together; great Italian place up the street.
After dinner, grocery shopping for the diet that starts tomorrow; put on 8 pounds over the last 2 months. This diet is healthy, not too difficult, and it works. I've done it twice before; kinda resets things and I can keep it off (but gotta resume walking every night, even when it's freezing).
