I am not sure. I know I am at the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 20 years and according to my doctor low pulse (resting between 55-60), very low blood pressure, low cholesterol, etc. Sure I am built athletically and heavier then someone who is 5 foot 10 is supposed to be according to the stupid "charts" - but my doctor says I am in shape like an athlete would be, so all good for me.
