Barry is now in Atlanta promoting his agenda of putting minority and low income children into pre-school so a child 4 yrs old will be in school. I call it government babysitting.

Yes 4 yrs old is to young to be in school. I cannot think of anyone that puts their kids in school that young. There are plenty of government subsidized pre schools already. Fix or help the schools that are already here before adding more headaches.
