Don't get your feminist panties in a bunch, I never said women are only good for popping out babies. I meant if we didn't procreate we wouldn't be here because the species wouldn't survive. So in that sense removing a life from a woman's body could be considered a major surgery. I don't think she meant it literal as in cutting out a lung since an 8 week old fetus is the size of blueberry and an early term abortion is about as invasive as pulling a tooth.
