If you were a juror would you think her testimony is creating reasonable doubt? I'm just curious, I'm not as knowledgeable about this as you are.
As a juror, perhaps. This has been a long fucking trial, in particular, her time on the stand... with no flow due to a lot of breaks. This is where I, as a viewer, have an advantage on the jury, as I can listen to all the pundits talk about things that I may not have caught during the actual trial. It would be easy, as a juror, to not catch a lot of inconsistency in her testimony. This is where, so far, Martinez really hasnt made any valid points, in my opinion. But I know there's a long way to go. I'm really waiting for that "AHA" moment..and so far, I've been disappointed.
I believe the defense has a very good strategy in that aspect...putting SO much stuff out there...that it can easily all become 1 jumbled mess in a jurors mind.
I do believe, however, that she remembers damned near every fucking knife stroke that happened that day.
Of the millions of sperm injected into your mother's pussy, you were the quickest?
You are no longer in the womb, friend. The competition is tougher out here.
