Doesn't answer my question: "Why a perfectly healthy and unwanted child was not good enough for them."

The "perfectly healthy" part kinda addresses the whole termination issue.

I agree they should have known they were at risk of having a natural child with health issues. Under those circumstances, yeah, I would have considered adoption.
