There's no evidence of injury other than the gunshot to Martin.

There is no evidence that Martin was attacked first.

There is no evidence either way who started what.

Which is exactly my point. Arguments can be made either way. Contradicting facts.

But let's concede for a minute that Martin was acting in self defense. While he was beating the hell out of Zimmerman - whom he was on top of, punching and slamming him into the ground - there came a point at which he was no longer acting in self defense. He had defended himself, and taken Zimmerman down.

Is everyone here arguing he had the right to continue beating Zimmerman into unconsciousness, or to death?

Based on all of the evidence that I've seen, I was only arguing that your claim that there is clear evidence proving that Trayvon was the aggressor was false.

Thank you for rescinding that definitive statement and acknowledging that there's no known evidence proving who was the aggressor.
