Looks like probation officers have to announce visits to his residence as well, and that the ban on alcohol and drugs was lifted. Well, at least he's still prohibited from carrying guns and visiting his old neighbors/witnesses, as far as I know.

I think Pistorius would be rather a fool to travel far, inside or outside of SA, being that he's so recognizable and not too popular these days.
Considering he felt so vulnerable and frightened when armed and faced with what he believed was a stranger trapped in a small space
, imagine the panic of being unarmed and facing a crowd of angry DV protestors.
