Yep. That supposed Judge's Order preventing LaViolette from testifying directly about Travis is a joke (if it exists; never found it after it was mentioned on HLN). All the defense attorney or expert witness has to do is state that it's a "perception" or "interpretation" of Travis's words/intent/feelings and the hearsay is in.
Not worried about the jurors being swayed by any of this testimony, except possibly those damn emails. Those "abusive" characterizations were levied by his friends, in writing. Trusting that Martinez can clean up that mess on cross without opening another can of worms.
