Good! No way should the judge have the jury sequestered now, it would be a really strong appellate issue and essentially an admission that the jury is suspect. The jury gets admonished daily and the judge continually checks to make sure they're not hearing or talking about the case. Good enough.
The parents' interrogation videos are really incriminating towards Jodi; Nurmi and Wilmott have to hate that they're out there. Wonder if LaViolette had ever seen them?
Not surprised that media is clamoring for those unreleased journal entries. On Nancy Grace last night, they read an excerpt. It was pretty disparaging to Travis; more about him asking Jodi to borrow money and blowing up when she said "no", her then placating him and eventually agreeing to loan him the money. All in Jodi's hand and words, of course, so who knows if the entries are reality-based.
