I consider waterboarding torture, yes. In my opinion, anything that is done where someone thinks they might die would be torture.

C'mere honey, let me strap you down & continuously poor water over your face/mouth/nose until you're gasping for air & don't expect me to stop simply because you can't breathe, 'K.

I'd be okay excluding water boarding... but the rest of what goes down ain't torture.

Other parts of the world really know how to torture people. We're rank amateurs at it.

So if someone kidnapped and knew where your kids were, would you torture them to find out? Because I think I would go Medieval to get answers.
