I'm pro-choice & against late term abortions. I'm cool with the "before there is a detectable heartbeat" being a cut off time. It bothers me deeply to think of babies being killed.

The only problem I have with that is many serious abnormalities can't be detected until about the 16^th week, I believe. I'd be okay with 10 weeks except in cases where there are significant abnormalities in which case, I think they might have to be allowed up to 17-18 weeks. :( Makes me sad though because they really are a little person at that point.
