Yes it is. This is Mock, not sunshine and lollipops. There are plenty of other forums for shit like that, 24 being one of them.

I will admit that I would like to see more rational discussion and not just shitting on anyone and everyone in a thread just because it's allowed, but an area of Mock set aside for non-Mock topics is how a place like this gets destroyed. I considered it for a while, and have come to the conclusion that it is a bad idea.

Were it only up to me, I would be tossing this idea right in the shitter.

The forum was created to provide a place where people don't have to behave. As I said; there are plenty of other forums for this sort of pap; why do you want to fuck up this place with it? You know some of your biker threads that are near and dear to your heart? Well, imagine a fairly thoughtful and intelligent conversation going on and someone continues running in with asinine remarks like "your mother sucks cocks in hell."

It's apparent that some of us don't have the maturity to allow the adults to have a civilized conversation. I wouldn't have suggested this a few months ago, but the situation has gotten completely out of hand.... so much so that the entertainment value has sharply decreased for the majority of the forum.
