I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts on the Leila Fowler case. Her brother is 12 years old and was just arrested for stabbing her to death after telling police an intruder had done it. The two little ten year old scumbags who tortured and murdered little james bulger got 8 years and their anonymity guaranteed for life afterwards.
That's not punishment enough nowhere near but I don't think they should have been tried as adults. Got to try and find a way of being severely punitive to children who commit serious crimes without treating them as adults.
