I was only thinking heavily (and fondly) of her yesterday and her stories of Florida and the gators in the swamps, and swimming pools and golf courses and everywhere else. She really was a nature lover and it made me smile to be out there (almost) in her back yard.

I won't pretend to salute anyone; I've never been any kind of military, but I am thankful and respectful of those who have been and continue to be, for the greater good.
